Or failing, that, the most used/popular?

I'm returning to bc after several years away - I'm confused by all the mod choices out there?

So if anyone could tell me, what is the best / most used multiplayer version/mod ?

I'm just now restructing my own clan, geting our old website back up and getting our dedicated servers out of the mouth balls.. after I get BC figured out I'll be moving onto SFC3.

Go for Kobayashi Maru 0.9.1

It enhaces the game exponentially(more ships, technology etc.) and there are always servers online.
