Just thought i would post a realy good detailed pic of a nova bridge to help out anyone that might be/thinking of making it. I know there is another nova class bridge thread but its very old and last time i posted in an old thread i got my head beaten off and sput back at me.

Could be done with major modification to the ENT-A bridge, since tht whats the actual studio set was created from, but like jimmy said.............. dont get your hopes up, i doubt we will see many if any new bridges, BC is in its autumn years

2 people that I know of, one of which has left BC modding. And all bridges are on hold for undefinied duration, so I doubt we'll see many more bridges for BC unless some new guy/guys learn how to make them.

I'm pretty sure that that picture is a CG model! If anyone can find out who made it and get permission to use it, there'll be need to make another one! Wink

I wasn't clear enough. What I meant by my comment is that one could simply remove details from that bridge, which would bring the poly count down to something that could work in BC. That would be much quicker and easier than to start a new bridge from scratch.

Making the bridge isn't the problem, making the animations for the bridge is.

I hope you know that the process of doing that is much harder (and way longer) than making it from scratch?

yeah lots of people can make the bridge sets, and textures, just not the crew animations, which I hear is really hard.

Though I thought it should have been obvious, let me clarify: No, I did not know that.
