I'm in the market for a new computer and it seems all anyone is offering is Vista, not that I mind. I've heard that BC itself runs on Vista but I was wondering if MPE or any other modding utilities run on Vista (like Mark Allen's Tacticle Display Editor and others). I would just like to know if I am going to need to purchase an earlier Windows too. Thanks.

PS - If I do have to purchase an earlier Windows to install, what would you guys suggest? Keep in mind Vista will probably be my primary OS (for its security and entertainment features) and just install the other OS on another partition for BC.

Install XP Pro SP2. Just have XP for now. Much less headaches.

(Ignore the smiley. I just wanted an excuse to use the Transformer smiley )
