Members list needs improvements

1) You have an option to go from pages 1 2 3 or 4, then 62. What if I want page 20? Or 30? I must page by page by page all the way there. Lets get that fixed, and put some more options there..

2) Member search doesn't work. Every time I try to find a username of someone I know to be here but can't find a thread to pm from I am unsuccessful. The search yeilds no results. I know dkealt is here but nothing comes up in either the first search or the "find a username". Why?

3) alphabet sorting should come with alphabet page index when you click the letter the username begins with and go automaticly to the start of that letter. BCC has it.

4) then there is the obvious insane load time of resorting the members list, complicated by frequent critical database errors usualy fallowing or preceeeding gamespy redirect pages....
