The story so far....
The Aquarius was originally designed by Radofin Electronics Ltd, and was always manufactured by them. Mattel needed a programmable, basic home computer system in their product range, so they bought the rights to this machine.

When the product bombed, they gave the rights back to Radofin, along with a huge pile of unsold stock and an undisclosed sum of money.

Radofin continued to make and market the machine, and did have plans to bring out a range of accessories and successors, but the entire home console market took a nose dive and many of the plans were shelved.

Radofin Electronics UK Ltd, went into voluntary liquidation in August 1991.

I contacted the agent which handled the liquidation and took ownership of the remaining Aquarius hardware rights.
