Northeast
of your command center is a flag pretty close to your base.
Send what troops you have up there. There is a neutral bunker.
Move your 4 toughs into the bunker.
Eventually
the convoy will move through that area. If you keep control
of the bunker and occasionally get some fresh troops up
there, you should kill off the convoy with no problem.
Plus build an anti tank and anti missile gun near your command
centre, that will stop the sneaky back door attacks while
you're ambushing the convoy.

That
is easy take all of your guys and head to the bunker and
put your snipers inside and your tough's on the outside
and each time a sniper hits a enemy tank use your tough's
to claim the tank and the pow's will not be hit and die.
