The following rules
should be abided by at all times, failure to abide by these
rules could mean you having your membership revoked by the forum
moderators or the webmasters of Tiger Central.
The Moderators or
webmasters reserve the right to change these rules at any time,
if a change is made a forum post will be made to point out the
changes to the rules, the changes, should they be made will
become effective immediately.
RULES OF THE BOARD
You will not post anything defamatory or
detrimental to the safe running of the board,
this includes profanity, graphic images,
trolling, advertising items for sale to which you
have no legal right.
Each poster is
responsible for what they write, no matter what the
circumstances are when they write a post. You will abide by
these rules at all times and make sure that everything you post
is factual and correct unless you declare other wise in the post
or thread title.
You should make
sure at all times that the appropriate message logo is applied
to any thread you start, the moderators reserve the right to go
into your post and modify the message icon should they seem fit.
The moderators will
not edit your posts, they will just delete them should they deem
it necessary, the moderators will give a full explanation as to
why a thread was deleted or moved. This may be done in one of
two ways, a private message to the person who started the thread
or post concerned, or an actual post on the boards themselves.
There is an
attachment feature on this forum, this allows you to load up
images which are a maximum of 200kb, they must be pictures with
either the .gif or .jpg/.jpeg extension, all other files types
will not upload to our server for viewing.
All pictures that
are uploaded to the server must be golf related, there is not
allowed to be any pictures uploaded that are not themed on golf,
should you post a thread or a reply within one containing a
picture that has used the upload facility that is not golf
related then we will remove your image from the forum, in
certain circumstances due to time constraints this may involve
editing your post merely to remove a picture, or we will remove
the entire reply to stop this image utilising the attachments
folder which has a maximum storage limit of 1024 bytes.
Once a post has
been made, the only people that can reproduce the content is the
original author of the post and the moderators/webmasters of
Tiger Central. The moderators/webmasters can
utilise the content of any post on any given
location or application without consequence. The only way you can reproduce
the work on another forum/website is if you state you have the
authors permission and that you give a link to the thread in its
entirety within the content of your post or update at another
posting of links for other sites, whether it be one of the
Sportplanet ones or not must be agreed by the webmasters if it
is anything to do with the following subjects:- profanity,
adult humour, adult images, software not specifically reported
on at Tiger Central, Golf Competitions and Auctions for other
cyber-golf sites not connected with Tiger Central, the selling of
goods on this forum is not allowed without express permission
from the webmasters. Permission can be granted on a permanent
basis for appropriate sites, but the Webmasters must give
approval for this.
You agree, through
your use of this Tiger Central forum, that you will not post any
material which is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive,
vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented,
threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise in
violation of ANY law. This is not only humorous, but legal
actions can be taken against you. You also agree not to post any
copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or you
have consent from the owner of the copyrighted material. Spam,
flooding, advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and
solicitations are also inappropriate to this Tiger Central forum.

Tiger Central forum. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness
or usefulness of any information presented. The messages express
