This unofficial, unlicensed Neo Geo Pocket carrying/protective case is made by an unknown manufacturer in Hong Kong, and recently became available through National Console Support, for the price of $8. No other online importer currently stocks theese.

The case itself is very simple, and not too much more advanced than a Ziplocktm bag. In concept, at least. The case is made out of a multilayered, flexible plastic, and is stitched at all seams. A fold-over flap is used to keep your system inside, which has two snaps to keep it closed. Also, there are precisely cut holes in areas like the Joystick, buttons, AC in, etc. So you can actually play your system while it's inclosed in the case.

The case fits rather tightly on NGPCs, but will not effectively work on regular NGPs. The pictures shown here were taken with my Clear NGPC inside, so it might be hard to get a good idea of the fit.

It is well made, fits well, and it's cheap. But effective it ain't. It really doesn't offer any worthwhile protection. Those in serious need of protection for their units are best advised to locate a nice camera case, or even a Gameboy Color case (which is what I use). Although for the $8 I paid, it makes a great novelty item, as expected.
