The Nekketsu Typhoon - run by Johnny Undaunted, a guy with a brain full of Technos. He knows what I don't about the Japanese storyline and characters (almost everything).
Nekketsu High, The Kunio Shrine - a great English Nekketsu fansite that seemed to pop up out of nowhere. Ongoing ROM translations and some rockin' fanart you can't find here.

Let's Go!!! Hot Blooded Rowdies! - (aka "Soreike!! Nekketsu Kouhagumi") a Japanese page with a section in English. Most of the real meat is in the Japanese version, though.
River City High - The School of Hard Knocks - a good fan page, has at least some info on all the US-release Nekketsu games.
The Definitive Guide to River City Ransom - a great site. Hasn't been updated for about two years. Has some ROM hacks for RCR, and an amusing "Mao's Place" section.

Super Dodge Ball! - a small shrine, part of a larger non-Kunio-related site ("Cracked"). Contains Nesticle Movies of the game, which you can watch if you have Nesticle and the SDB ROM.
Video Game Land - ChronoCrono's site dedicated to... Video Games, obviously. He likes to portray himself as a River City Ransom character, which is perfectly fine in my book.
OPCFG - Rob Strangman's Organization for the Preservation of Classic Forms of Gaming (phew) has a great selection of links to dedicated game sites as well as, um, preserving. (my first USA link!)
Nekketsu Translations - working on a translation of Shodai Nekketsu Kouha Kuniokun.

Promenade - URA's webpage. Cool design, has some Downtown Jidaigekidaiyo midis and lots of wacky character mutations (including Kinnikuman/MUSCLE!). Lots of non-Kunio stuff, as well.
Technos Samurai Translation Project - patches for the NES version of Downtown Jidaigekidaiyo
Seanbaby.com - on top of having a section on RCR and Super Dodgeball (check the NES page) it's funny as hell.
