My first attempt at photo-manipulation. I've made a statue of Monica Bellucci!

Could do with more foreground detail but I can't find many suitable source images. I'm going to go about tweaking it later.

Another update. Added some vines behind the statue to give the background a little more detail. A slight bit of blurring of the backdrop stops it from over powering the image I think.

My next trick will be photoshopped anime characters for Ea as soon as I can get some ideas and concepts together. Anyone is welcome to help in that respect.

Admittedly, the head is traced (ie, I put a picture in the background layer and went over it), but I'm learning the techniques for CG anime (v. v. slowly). The eyes are just messing around with different techniques for doing them.

the way I'm doin it would be to sketch out your character first, scan it and then redo it with splines...err vectors. works out great for me.
