hey phaser, Have you thought about asking the ds9fx team to include your connie in their mod? Since they have put in a few ships from ds9 series. Would be cool to see it included!

I don't see why that's necessary. TCMP will be released regardless of the status of DS9FX, so two mods with an identical ship in it would be unnecessary. Besides, the Constitution was featured in only one DS9 episode. It wasn't a main feature like the Defiant.

Anyway, as I said on BCC a couple days ago, sorry I haven't posted any updates in a while. I've been distracted with other things in my spare time. But don't get the wrong idea; I am in no way abandoning this mod (I've put way too much work into it to just abandon it). I've just been on a little break...sort of. I have been working on it here and there. Plus, Mark just finished getting the remaining Ptolemy Class MVAM scripts up and running (I was having problems with a couple of the ships). I just need to test them, finish some things that I've been putting off, and get a few beta testers to try out the mod and give me feedback (and make the necessary adjustments). Then TCMP will finally be ready to roll. Smile

I'd gladly beta test for you.

Can't wait to see the final result.

Post Posted: 02-10-2007 10:46 PM Post subject: Emergency Seperation

I believe that the "emergency separation" in Kob Maru is triggered through MVAM. AI ships in MVAM can be set to separate when certain conditions are met (IE: damage to the neck area or the bridge). Don't quote me on this but it might be what your looking for. As to how its done, don't look at me Smile

"Oh, and one other thing, guys: This mod has been a WIP for over two years, now, and I'm sick of having it hanging over my head, and I'm sure you guys are sick of waiting. Therefore, I'm aiming to have this mod released by the end of the year. No promises, of course, but that's my goal."

Long time no see, BCU! I just wanted to pop my head in to let you all know:
TCMP is complete and available on BCFiles.com for download!

Thanks for everyone who's helped me with this mod and given me encouragement. It's been a loooooong haul, but it's been worth it. I hope you all enjoy TCMP!
