read the stickies, there's everything in them you need to know.
also, requesting bridges is not considered polite around here.

It's not that it's not polite, it's just that it's stated in the stickies, and a lot of other posts, state that there are _no_ requests granted. The list is full enough.

As to the Enterprise C bridge, I remember a beta of that.Wink

well, as I perceived it, some bridge makers tend to get very itchy when confronted with requests - which, naturally is absolutely right, for bridge animation and scripting is a complicated process.

Yes i also believe that's what he is talking about , I also believe that the bridge seen in that episode is very close to the Generations Galaxy bridge so .... ya...

Edit: as you can see in the following clip , it has the stations on the side of the bridge just like the generations bridge so ...

ryles is correct...
and you can see exactly how the chair is a bit "raised" in revan999's sig... that's a screenshot from the episode...
unfortunately, however, this bridge won't be made anytime in the near future...

so the only diffrence is that there isn't 2 chairs beside the captains, and it is rased. I still believe it is somewhat close to the generation's bridge

I didn't know that the extra stations were diffrent , I don't ever remember getting a good look at them , just remember that they were there like the gen ones.

The similarity is only that both have side stations, the lay out is very different...

Some caps from the episode.

I was about to dust off the dvd Wink

Anyway, the Generations variant is alot more integrated and steam lined... IMO, it looks like a more logical progression in the bridge design.

galaxy bridge is made, just needs final touches, some extra lightmaps, and then animating... its next on the list after the prometheus (which i really need to get finished)

also ive edited the topic title, please try and choose something that will help people remember what its about in future.

And I agree with mickjo, any way we could get a sneak peak sometime in the future? Smile

in the movie (and im sorry i cant grab screenshots right now, maybe someone else can?) right at the time the BOP was penetrating their shields, when Worf was explaining "It is a class D-12 Bird Of Prey ... " (and in that whole scene, for that matter)
you can tell Worf is sitting down because Riker is standing over him, on Worf's left in that quick-spot...
you can tell in that whole scene and the previous bridge-scene right before that (when Data just loves scanning for life forms), Worf is sitting down behind tactical... (yes thru the whole show, he stood... but if you watch closely to those scenes, you can tell he is now sitting)
