It will be impossible to scale this down mate. It's too high-poly to put in BC, and if you attempt to scale the count down, it'll just lose the whole shape

Right. for some reason the attachments went wrong. Rather than delete the excess ones which was taking ages, I just got rid of the posts and I'm reattaching here.

I would, if there wasn't an error. I'll do some more work and do it later.


Anyway, with regards to the force from the cannons. Firstly, their magnetically powered, so no sudden explosive force to send them back. Secondly, there is some recoil in the mechanism, it's vaguely visible but since I have ZERO intention of animating it, we can wave that by. Thirdly, materials science is one of our rationed handwaviums so these will be strong enough to resist any excessive recoil force.

The single bolt that attaches the pods to the main turret is a powered motor which allows them to train onto a single point at a fixed distance as opposed to travelling paralelle forever. Spitfires used to do it (although they couldn't be changed midflight) to suit whatever style or preference the pilot had.

Did some texturing on the cannon. The lighter parts are just the sections I haven't put a final surface on. It'll probably be a dark generic colour. Then I may redo some of the other ones. to match the slight blue hue of the wings and cannon.
